Residential Design Consultant – Kitchen and Bath

This position is showroom-design studio based in the Wallingford neighborhood and is both showroom and some outside sales.

Applicants must have at least two years’ experience in providing kitchen and bath designing services and selling kitchen and bath related products, example: cabinetry.

The ideal candidates for this position should have:

• Ability to follow up with customers with regard to leads and quotes
• Ability to meet with customers on Saturday as needed
• Work with builders, remodeler and interiors designer
• Prior kitchen and bath design and sales experience (preferred)
• Prefer Interior/Architectural design education background (preferred)
• Knowledge of 2020 Design software (preferred)
• Knowledge of some CAD software program (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Utilize kitchen design expertise to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts for clients.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences for kitchen and bath renovations.
- Recommend products and materials based on knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to project completion.
- Use CAD software to create detailed design plans and present them to clients effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and products to offer innovative solutions to clients.
