Job Title: SFDC Lead
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Longterm Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce applications, including custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions, managing release cycles and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 5years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migrations, and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and deployment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
