Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead with experience in SFDC,
As a Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Automation.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing.

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables
- Works with SFDC development team and perform testing activities
- Perform System Testing, System Integration Testing
- Create test data requirements as applicable for each application
- Record test evidence sufficient to demonstrate test coverage
- Raise defects and take ownership until resolution
- Interface with customers for issue resolution and review knowledge management activities
- Escalating risks, issues to Project Manager
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
- Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
