Position Summary
The ISO Internal Auditor Document Control Specialist works independently to support the QA Manager on business strategies that ensure continual improvement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policy. The ISO Internal Auditor Document Control Specialist works cross departmentally to ensure adherence and compliance with processes and standards and supports company goals as they relate to these functional areas.
Essential Functions

- Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures, including annual audit plans and scope, in accordance with local and international best practice of operations effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
- Develop, Implement, and maintain a document control system with established procedures for department requests into document control to completion of processing, distribution, and document archival /retention in accordance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards.
- Responsible for training personnel on the document control process and system(s).
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk, implementing best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
- Responsible for documentation of processes and summaries, analyzing processes and the value of previous reports, data, etc.

- Follow company-wide safety programs, 5S initiatives, and ISO procedures.
- Provide consistent, high-quality output to ensure customer satisfaction and create value to exceed customer expectations.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required to accomplish essential functions of the job.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of industry best practices by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, visiting other manufacturing facilities, and participating in professional societies.

Education and Experience
- Minimum of an Associate degree in business administration or equivalent applicable education and work experience is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ISO Certification and auditing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Utilize critical thinking to propose creative solutions to complex problems.
- Advanced PC skills are required, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in a cleanroom, warehouse, manufacturing and/or office environment that is subject to moderate to high levels of noise and heat, specialized apparel, and safety equipment, and moving mechanical parts. This position will have exposure to, and use of materials listed in the companys Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee conducts primarily light work with occasional periods of standing, walking, reaching, squatting, climbing, stooping, talking, listening, and visual inspection of documents and products. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions are required. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 20 pounds on occasion.
