Epstein is seeking a qualified design Project Manager to work with our architectural, engineering, or design / build teams.
The Project Manager is the primary client contact and the single point of responsibility on the project level. This key position effectively plans, coordinates, and tracks all project related design activities in a manner that ensures successful project completion through adherence to project schedules, design budgets, programmatic requirements, cost expectations, and quality objectives.

General Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate and finalize contracts for architectural / engineering services or design / build services
- Deliver strategic and creative project solutions.
- Develop, implement and oversee a project plan for the completion of the scope of work
- Communicate understanding of scope including complex technical items to client, contractors and design team in effective ways for them to understand
- Develop and assure design schedules are maintained
- Forecast anticipated staffing resource requirements
- Support and coordinate interface between the design / build team
- Manage and control project financials to ensure project profitability. Enter and maintain financial information in the PM System.
- Oversee project invoicing and fee collection
- Maintain and enhance client relationships

Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant education, experience and training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure / certifications and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$165,000 annually.
