Epta Global Finance Rotation Program
Are you ready to launch your international finance career with a dynamic and innovative global company? Epta is excited to introduce its Global Finance Rotation Program, a two-year journey designed for early-career professionals to gain unparalleled exposure to the world of finance through international rotations, mentorship, and leadership development.
Program Overview
The Epta Global Finance Rotation Program offers:
Two years of immersive experience with four 6-month rotations across diverse countries in Europe, Asia, and North America.
Rotations in key finance functions such as:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Accounting
Treasury
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
A digital-first approach, exploring AI and emerging technologies in finance.
Mentorship and leadership opportunities, with guidance from senior leaders and peers.
Placement in a permanent role within one of Epta's global offices upon successful program completion.
What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic planning.
Exposure to diverse teams and business environments across continents.
Development of technical, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
A well-rounded foundation in finance before specializing in a long-term role.
Your journey
We are seeking 5 high-potential candidates with the following qualifications:
Experience: Approximately 2 years post-study, ideally from a consulting background.
Education: Degree in Economics, Finance or related fields.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
A strong interest in leveraging AI and new technologies within finance.
Availability to start the program in June 2025 (flexible).
