Account Management
- Manage large, named, key client accounts.
- Develop and implement account plans to strategically manage and grow client portfolios.
- Monitor client engagements to ensure quality service delivery and meet client expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to introduce clients to new offerings and value-added services. Work closely with financial operations, tax, and firm administration to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in client management, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial services.
- Tax planning experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn new accounting and tax systems.
