We are seeking a hard working and self-motivated Client Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with internal teams. The Client Manager will be responsible for putting together solutions for business owners and fostering long-term partnerships with them.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that align with client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and feedback.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
• Utilize system for tracking client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
• Lead business development efforts to expand the client base and enhance service offerings.
• Provide leadership and support to junior team members as needed.

Skills
