This HR Transformation L&D Specialist position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group, located in Columbus, Georgia. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee learning and development initiatives while supporting HR transformation strategies. Your contribution :
- Collect organizational learning needs and design training and development plans aligned with company objectives
- Manage and coordinate internal training programs and calendars, focusing on cultural transformation
- Promote compliance with company policies and support cultural change initiatives
- Oversee performance evaluations , ensuring accurate system usage and data analysis
- Manage talent identification, succession planning, and career development to retain key personnel
- Ensure adherence to company culture in onboarding processes , supporting new hires' integration
- Actively participate in regional projects , including workplace climate initiatives and volunteer programs
