Shift Details
1st shift - 7:00AM to 3:30PM (Monday through Friday)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Facility Custodian is primarily responsible for the following:
- Keep building and grounds in clean and orderly condition.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Maintain cleanliness of building and outside grounds – this includes, but is not limited to operating motor-driven cleaning equipment, mopping floors, washing walls/glass, removing trash, etc.
- Use various hand or mechanical tools/equipment to achieve desired cleanliness.
- Perform routine, general maintenance activities, such as checking emergency lighting, notifying leadership of the need for repairs and additions, etc.
- Perform cleaning of all floors and surfaces daily.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all rest room facilities daily, including additional cleanings, as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms and public spaces in a manner to promote proper image and presentation to visitors.
- Maintain the appearance of the exterior of the building and surrounding grounds by removing litter and other debris.
- Maintain all walkways and driveways in a usable and safe condition during adverse weather conditions, as needed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain tools and supplies in proper condition and working order.
- Report any problems or issues to the Supervisor/Leadership team.
- Run work related errands as needed or directed by Supervisor/Leadership team.
- Good housekeeping, safe work ethics, and conducting self in a professional manner.
- Proper handling and transport of all materials, parts, and equipment to prevent damage and/or loss of finished product.
- Represent the company, as required, during customer, internal and ISO audits, as well as FDA inspections.
- Understand the sensitivity of the data handled by systems under your control and take appropriate measures to protect it.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: High School diploma, general education degree (GED) and/or trade school graduate preferred.
EXPERIENCE: No experience necessary, equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted OR demonstrated ability to execute the Essential Functions for this position. Internships and PT experience acceptable.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND/ REGISTRATIONS: Blood Borne Pathogens (BBP) Training and Valid NH Driver’s License
