Now Hiring: Assisted Living Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assisted Living Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Assisted Living Department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budget while ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of the Assisted Living team.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, addressing medical, behavioral, and social concerns.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless care transitions and high-quality services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, keeping staff informed of any updates.
- Maintain partnerships with external providers to enhance resident care and build strong referral networks.
- Lead a culture of excellence through continuous improvement, staff engagement, and financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree with at least six years of related experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Gerontology.
- Must hold a valid Assisted Living License or Nursing Home Administrator’s License in the state of Oklahoma.
- RN license preferred.
- Certifications in CPR and First Aid required.
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred (or willingness to obtain).
