Position Overview The Front Office Administrator is the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, making them the face of EPX Construction Partners. This role is critical in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while also ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, organized, and self-motivated professional with strong clerical skills and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of EPX Construction Partners—greet visitors and clients warmly, ensure a positive first impression, and always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage correspondence.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage and track subcontractor documentation and compliance forms.
- Prepare d format documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Provide administrative support to office staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and conference area.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and processing invoices, as needed.
- Act as a Notary Public of Texas (preferred but not required).
- Translate documents or conversations as needed (Bilingual candidates preferred).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative assistant role is highly desirable.
- Notary Public of Texas certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High energy, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
