We’re seeking a dynamic IT Financial Management Manager to oversee a high-performing team supporting advanced financial and operational processes. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity , ideal for candidates located in or near Virginia who are ready to make an immediate impact!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team responsible for IT financial operations, including supplier and customer agency chargeback invoices, customer forecasting, and dispute resolution.
Collaborate with customers at all levels (CIO, COO, CFO) to ensure satisfaction and implement continuous process improvements.
Oversee service delivery in alignment with contract requirements, service levels, and key performance indicators.
Utilize data analytics to identify trends and proactively enhance financial processes and tools.
Evaluate and implement IT financial management solutions to optimize technical capabilities while staying within budget.
Develop self-service knowledge resources to improve stakeholder engagement.

What We’re Looking For

7 years of management experience in technical or business environments, leading cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of working in customer-facing roles and successfully leading business meetings.

Strong understanding of financial and IT concepts, with hands-on experience managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Experience with IT Financial Management (ITFM) tools like Digital Fuel or Apptio (preferred).

Familiarity with IT asset and configuration management processes is a plus.

Previous experience supporting government customers is highly desirable.
