THE WORK
Own full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
Lead hiring efforts for in-house team members and project-based contributors
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to meet hiring needs
Work closely with leads and founders to align on priorities and timelines
Help shape and scale recruiting processes as we grow
Stay closely connected with the team to understand their needs and keep a pulse on our culture
Transition into an HR Lead role within 12–18 months, owning broader people operations
NEEDED EXPERTISE
4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with both technical and non-technical hiring
Comfortable managing a range of hires—contract, freelance, and full-time
Experience working with external vendors or third-party recruiters
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Ability to take initiative and navigate challenges independently
Well-organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
Must be based in Houston, TX and available to work onsite with the team
