The job? masters degree in industrial or civil engineering : electromechanical, electricity, construction, climatization, energyminimum 5 years of experience leadership skills team playerorganizational skillsresilience to stressFrench and / or Dutch with good knowledge of the other language and English technical and commercial management of HVAC projectsmanage team of draftsmen, fitters, and techniciansparticipate in site planning & prepare technical filesfollow up on execution of plans & schedulesselect materials, suppliers, subcontractors (negotiations)budget management of the projectcontact with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
