Our team specializes in handling all variations of records requests associated with legal discovery, including workers' compensation, personal injury, Independent Medical Review (IMR), and Subsequent Injury Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF).
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Equicopy. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating strong communication skills, performing executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills. This role is based in Orange, CA but allows for some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
