Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Greet all employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer general phone inquiries and direct calls/take messages with professionalism.
- Enter daily attendance into the Newport system accurately and on time.
- Maintain contact lists for locations and staff.
- Maintain calendars.
- Oversee the office supply room/inventory and coordinate orders.
- Expense management, process monthly expense reports for leadership.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the team as needed.
- Assist with employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage Uniform Management and ordering processes.
- Create presentations and reports for leadership.
- Perform all other duties related to reception and office management, as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive role.
- Dependable and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and visitors.
