We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Public Safety solutions at Equifax Workforce Solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive forces to deliver innovative and valuable product solutions that meet our business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, customer success, government relations, operations, legal, customer success and sales, to bring products to market and drive their success.
What You'll Do :
- Market Analysis & Strategy :
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Evaluate the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, including their pain points, motivations, and desired outcomes.Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.Product Planning & Execution :Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Prioritize features and develop a product roadmap that balances business needs, technical feasibility, and customer value.Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.Manage the product backlog and ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of priorities and requirements.Product Launch & Iteration :Plan and execute product launches, working closely with go-to-launch, marketing and sales to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.Continuously iterate on the product based on data and insights, ensuring it meets customer needs and achieves business goals.Communication & Collaboration :Clearly and effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to foster collaboration and alignment.Serve as a product evangelist, representing the product operating model, voice of the customer and championing the product internally and externally.What Experience You Need :
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science) is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in bringing products to market.3 years experience working effectively in a cross-functional and matrixed team environment.What Could Set You Apart :
