- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring managers to recruit and hire top talent for entry-level and early-career roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless hiring process for new hires.
- Contribute and support ad-hoc talent projects, which include our learning programs, coaching, mentorship programs, and more.
- Support the design and execution of talent development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement projects that align with organizational goals and drive results.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent management, or related HR functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong focus on execution and delivering results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Workday and/or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
- Experience supporting projects
- Previous experience in pulling reports and telling a story using data.
