POSITION SUMMARY 

Oversees the entire Warehouse Solutions Group and owns strategy for the segment. Will be responsible for leading in the development of complex customer solutions.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Set Goals and initiatives for Automated Equipment Specialists with VP of EQ Solutions.
• Allocates opportunities to specific team members based on certain criteria.
• Develops vendor and supplier relationships.
• Forms pricing synergies with Jungheinrich and Rocla.
• Lead the team in creations of the right solution components and work products.
• Coach team members to ensure timelines and work product requirements are met.
• Directs Project Managers and Engineering teams in developing the correct pricing proposal.
• Communicates and promotes the Equipment Depot vision and mission within their team.
• Ensures that his/her team performs with a positive attitude and a great sense of urgency in order to exceed customer expectations.
• Accountable for setting budget requirements for the automated division and adhering to vendor requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or operations management
Experience: 5 years of sales, marketing, and management experience 
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office products
Other Requirements: Strong organizational, communication, and ability to analyze and interpret business information and financial data.

Work environment varies from office to job site to industrial locations
