What You’ll Be Doing:
- Travel to customer sites to inspect, calibrate, repair, and upgrade OEM equipment.
- Build and install PLC electrical control panels in the field.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues both remotely and on-site.
- Repair instruments, valves, and pumps at the customer site or onsite at the Instrument Shop.
- Commission and startup equipment, providing training and support to customer personnel.
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Engineering Degree is a plus (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical)
- Technical or maintenance experience in electrical instrumentation or industrial equipment. (Valves, assembly equipment, stamping machines, injection machines, automation, etc.)
- Comfortable with both domestic and international travel.
- Ability to understand and work with technical diagrams and schematics including P&ID diagrams and PLC codes.
- PLC programming experience is a plus, but we offer training to get you up to speed.
