EquipmentShare is searching for an Asset Management Specialist for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.
Job Summary : The Asset Management Specialist will play a critical role in managing and optimizing asset-related processes for EquipmentShare and its dealerships. This position will focus on creating automated workflows, generating detailed reports, and ensuring the integrity of sold asset records and dealership floor plans.
Supervisory Responsibilities : None
Workflow Automation and Reporting :
- Utilize Alteryx and other tools to develop workflows that automate asset management tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Create automated reports for sold assets and dealership assets, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Generate detailed monthly and quarterly reports on sold assets, providing insights and actionable data to leadership.
- Collaborate with the Treasury team to identify opportunities for process improvements through automation.
