This role involves managing a team of administrators, overseeing system upgrades and migrations, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system security, and integrating cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.

This role involves managing a team of administrators, overseeing system upgrades and migrations, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system security, and integrating cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Support and Maintain Windows Environments:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and workstation environments across multiple locations. Ensure systems are secure, optimized, and up-to-date with company standards.
- Azure & D365 Administration:
- Manage and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services, including virtual machines, Azure AD, and networking components. Provide configuration and user support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including system integrations, updates, and issue resolution.
- Local Device & Office Setup Support:
- Deliver hands-on support for endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment. Set up and maintain IT infrastructure for new office locations, including workstation deployment, cabling coordination.
- Networking Fundamentals:
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting and monitoring, including connectivity issues, DHCP/DNS, and VPN setup. Collaborate with network engineers to escalate and resolve complex network incidents.
- Cloud & SaaS Application Governance:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS systems in use. Help plan and implement IT governance around adoption, integration, license provisioning, and user lifecycle management.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Establish and report on KPIs related to infrastructure reliability, application usage, and service satisfaction. Provide actionable insights to IT leadership and department heads.
- Team & Customer Service Orientation:
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. Provide guidance to junior IT staff and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement and Duties as Assigned:
- Stay current with evolving technology trends in Windows system management, cloud platforms, and IT service delivery. Take on additional tasks and projects as directed by leadership.
- Experience in modern Saas/Cloud-based infrastructure and systems such as Azure, D365, Google Workspace/G Suite, Google Admin,
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving technology landscape and keep pace with the latest thinking and new technologies.
- Ability to function with a high degree of independence and collaboration with direct reports, other employees, and senior leaders.
- Track record of building and effectively managing diverse teams, and putting the appropriate processes and infrastructure in place to drive growth.
- Expert analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
