The Pacific Complex in Wealth Management is looking for an Office Coordinator within the Walnut Creek, CA site. This person will report into the Complex Ops Manager and will be responsible for supporting the advisors and district managers throughout the Southern California offices.

Business Processing Assistance​, Paperclip, District Support such as prep meetings, maintaining new appt folders, client communications, recruiting support, VP support, such as calendar management, expenses and client services and office seminar support, such as, manage seminar invites and RSVPs​, coordinate with local venues​, provide compliance support and follow up needed.

The base salary range for this position is $59,000-$65,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mail review and distribution
  • Liaison with property management for facility issues
  • Assist in tracking of onboarding. Working with Onboarding and Operations Managers
  • Working with VPs on updating and maintaining Smartsheet
  • Coordination between candidates and Exam Prep Coordinator, Onboarding manager
  • Working with teams across the organization to build programs, procedures, and initiatives to achieve branch goals and desired outcomes
  • Assesses and evaluates current Equitable Advisors processes, programs, and procedures and implements necessary amendments
  • Assists with running reports on an ad-hoc basis
  • Ensures checks, correspondence, and other critical mail are received and processed expeditiously.
  • Manage conference rooms reservations
