Situated in, and reflective of the communities they serve, our offices in Maryland (Columbia) and Virginia (Falls Church, Richmond, Roanoke) house over 200 Financial Professionals and Staff support members and have an additional 50 team members integrated throughout the region.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Columbia, MD office is seeking an entry level, Branch Technology Coordinator. This person will report directly to Complex Technology Manager. Key responsibilities revolve around monitoring and maintaining technology related activities.

Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.

Telecommunications
- Support RingCentral (additions / removal)
- Ticket creation and escalation
- Keeping database(s) updated
- Liaison for Corporate Network / Wi-Fi Network management
- Onboarding Technology systems for new hires
- Troubleshoot hardware / software problems for associates and staff
- Troubleshoot branch office technology such as TVs, Cameras, Cable, etc.
- Ticket creation and escalation
- Lexmark Scanner/Copier/Printer/Peripheral device support
- Work with Complex Technology Manager on all rollout and technology projects
- Keeping database(s) updated
- Support Branch Technology purchase needs (Peripherals, Licenses, Subscriptions, etc.)
- Program and distribute security keys for offices
- Maintain security system camera, swipe touch pads, DVR’s etc.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in PC Support/IT experience
- Able to work closely with both the leadership team and advisors
- Ability to function independently and work well with a team
- Detail Oriented
- Proficient with Excel
- Proactive decision-making skills
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Strong communication skills
- Able to travel to offices consisting of Columbia, MD, Falls Church, VA and Richmond, VA.
- Role is expected to be in office
