Equitable is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Southeast Complex team. This is a dynamic, high-energy individual providing operating support to the Branch Managers and Complex COO. You will manage staff workflow in Southeast Complex branch locations, including oversight of Office Coordinators and other positions. This is an onsite position working out of one of our branches within the Southeast Complex:

Required Qualifications
Budget Management: Knowledge of the principles and methodology of budget management; ability to utilize the tools, techniques and procedures needed to establish and monitor budgets.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

- Ongoing communications from Complex Management
- Training, Calls, Weekly/Monthly Communications
- Partner with Complex COO to identify improvable metrics
- Maintain branch/complex reporting
- Partner with compliance for campaign approvals
- Partner with marketing lead to promote branch/complex campaigns and maintain consistency
- Attend branch/complex meetings
- Attend branch/complex incentive trips
- SPEN Management
- Partner with Complex COO on budget analysis (7 branches)

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations Support (Financial Services Support Experience Preferred)
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to travel between branches
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented, with strong ability to streamline communication.
- Outgoing, positive team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills; innovative, creative, and committed to delivering the best employee experience.
- High sense of urgency, flexible, and resourceful with strong execution skills; must maintain confidentiality.
- Should possess ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Collaborative skills, working with all levels and dedicated to a positive employee experience.
