How You'll Contribute :
As an Associate, Investments (Fixed Income), you will drive the development and execution of investment strategies across derivatives hedging, public investment-grade corporates, and agency MBS, as well as liquidity management. This position will work closely with senior leadership and external partners to deliver high-value investment solutions and maintain robust performance metrics.

- Derivatives Hedging Strategies :
Assist in creating and implementing hedging strategies for equity, currency, and other risks
Collaborate with third-party asset managers to execute tactical and strategic asset allocation plans
Manage cash liquidity tools like repo and asset sales for funding strategic investments

Compensation and Pay Philosophy : The pay range for this role is $124,000.00-$170,500.00. This reflects the expected compensation for the position at the time of posting. The final offer will be based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity, and may be higher or lower than the posted range.
