How You’ll Contribute:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the recruitment process within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of recruiters, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and training necessary to succeed. This position plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s growth and success by ensuring that the right talent is in the right positions, contributing to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
What You’ll Do:
• Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong employer brand, implementing innovative recruitment techniques, analyzing recruitment metrics to improve strategies, and fostering relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with department leaders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within talent acquisition.
• Analyze hiring metrics and industry trends to optimize recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve talent acquisition strategies and workflows.
• Oversee the development of employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
What You’ll Bring:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate environment and a working knowledge of human resources.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a talent acquisition team.
• Proven ability to implement and improve recruiting strategies and processes.
• Experience in the financial/insurance services industry is strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong leadership and people management skills in a Corporate environment.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across various teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in assessment/implementation of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and technology.
• Knowledge and or hands-on experience utilizing AI.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit, talk, and hear for extended periods.
• Occasional travel may be required (less than 5%).
