In this role, you will oversee the success and efficiency of WesleyLife's recruiting processes, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and help drive the future of our workforce at WesleyLife!

A Day in the Life as our Talent Acquisition Manager for WesleyLife :

Lead Recruitment Strategies : Oversee and maintain an efficient recruitment cycle with a focus on hiring top talent and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Sourcing and Attraction : Develop and monitor innovative sourcing strategies—both traditional and new—while enhancing WesleyLife’s presence through recruitment marketing, social media, and community partnerships.

Manage Candidate Experience : Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless, engaging, and timely hiring process that aligns with our values and goals.

Executive & Leadership Recruitment : Own the recruitment process for key leadership roles at the Network Support Center, working directly with leaders to find the best talent.

Build Partnerships : Foster relationships with schools, workforce groups, and other community partners to develop talent pipelines and build internship programs.

Continuous Improvement : Audit, refine, and improve recruitment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive innovation.

Data-Driven Decisions : Use data, metrics, and analytics to inform and improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Expected Outcomes :

Meet or exceed recruitment goals for open positions, including for new communities or service growth.

Reduce reliance on agency and temporary staff.

Improve retention at 90 days and 1 year.

Enhance candidate experience ratings and overall retention.

Required

  • Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration
  • Experience

    Required

  • 5 years : Professional HR experience with specialization in the area of talent acquisition / recruitment and experience which demonstrates capabilities to work beyond the daily staffing / recruitment role.
