Our client seeks a driven, Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the recruitment process.
This Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time direct hire opportunity, where you will make up to $130,000, depending on your experience, plus bonus. You will work Monday-Friday daytime hours in a hybrid office setting.
As Talent Acquisition Manager, some of your responsibilities include :
- Ownership of full cycle recruiting strategy
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Collaborating with hiring managers
- Lead a team of recruiters
- Building and maintaining a strong employer brand
- Implementing innovative recruitment techniques
- Analyzing metrics
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Partner with department leaders
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Collaborate with teams
- Other duties as assigned
