Position Summary:
The EquiTrust Internship Program provides students with a paid summer opportunity to gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support the organization’s goals. Interns will apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting, working closely with experienced professionals and participating in day-to-day operations. Throughout the program, they will collaborate across departments, enhancing their teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while developing industry-specific expertise. A key component of the internship is the capstone project, which allows interns to showcase their work and insights gained from their experience. How You'll Contribute:
As an Intern, Talent Acquisition (Recruitment Marketing), you will play a key role in developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in employer branding, content creation, and social media marketing while working closely with the HR and marketing teams to enhance EquiTrust’s employer brand. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing and talent acquisition.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media, career pages, job postings, and email campaigns.
- Track engagement and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Propose updates to employer branding materials, including the career site and employee testimonials.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in recruitment marketing.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to align messaging and branding efforts.
- Assist in video and graphic content creation using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Utilize problem-solving skills to research and resolve issues proactively.
- Participate actively in company goals by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
What You'll Bring:
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- Rising Junior or Senior at Accredited University Required.
Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited university or college pursuing a degree directly related to their internship area majoring in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or related field required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
