Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and making referrals to other bank services as needed.
- Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
- Build and maintain client relationships by discovering key life events, promoting bank products and services, and proactively referring clients to relevant bank partners.
- Maintain a high level of operational soundness to minimize risk exposure and ensure quality production.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Cash handling experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
