This role provides essential support to the organization by ensuring accurate and compliant loan servicing functions including but not limited to, servicing various types of loans.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Ensures proper booking of new loans, renewals, amendments, and letters of credit.
- Responsible to research and analyze requests for validity and within scope of authority
- Responsible for updating loan / customer information, loan coding, collateral data, payment posting corrections and waiving fees or interest
- Prepares payoff requests and completes Credit and Mortgage verification requests
- Handles incoming / outgoing telephone inquiries concerning loan information
- Preform other duties as assigned or required
