POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for daily functions required in Credit Department. Performs and monitors loan maintenance on Jack Henry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Review daily reports. This may include Loan Maintenance, CIF Maintenance, AFTs, expiring messages, zero balance accounts, ordered loan coupons, partial pay and review all loan payments from previous day.
- Assist customers with loan servicing questions. This would include internal calls from lenders and administrative assistants.
- Perform maintenance on JACK Henry system for existing loans on the system. This may include changing payment date, AFT maintenance, reversals, and waive late charges. Review emails received from the branches for advances/maintenance/deferrals/select pay.
- Scanning loan/credit related documents into the Aurora system.
- Send out loan notices and ARM notices. Prepare envelopes with HELOC statements monthly.
- Previous banking experience is required for this position.
- Knowledge of loan servicing and balancing is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of Jack Henry systems is considered a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to effectively communicate with loan officers and loan administrative assistants while providing assistance when needed.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
