ELS is hiring for the position of Sr. Business Analyst in Chicago, Illinois.

What You’ll Do

The Senior Business Analyst oversees the execution of the company’s financial systems strategies, including business analysis, systems analysis, and the development, scope, scheduling and execution of programs. 

Your Job Will Include

• Managed new projects and system enhancements within our enterprise systems.
• Maintain a repository of project documents.
• Develop and document basic project management processes and procedures. 
• Coordinate the project tasks and activities of sub-contractors. 
• Provide resource and budget requirement planning. 
  
  

Experience & Skills You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience defining project scope and requirements. 
• Experience with system conversions and implementations. 
• Solid IT acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking. 
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance processes. 
• Strong written and verbal communications skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of CA, CO, IL, MD, MN, NY, and WA is:

Annual Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
