As an Assistant Community Manager, you will drive the entire sales process, building strong connections with prospects and residents, and delivering exceptional customer service to facilitate lease renewals, with a clear pathway for career growth towards a Community Manager position.
Leading, mentoring, and training in sales, marketing, and customer service for a positive work environmentManaging financial transactions, including payments and audits, for accurate resident file maintenanceUtilizing effective selling techniques, maintaining comprehensive community knowledge, and contributing to marketing efforts.Explaining lease provisions, overseeing move-in activities, and conducting orientations for new residentsResponding promptly to resident calls and emails, proactively address needs, and follow up on concernsMaintaining effective communication with maintenance staff, ensuring resident needs are metProactively monitoring property trends for future occupancy needsWhat You'll Need to Thrive :
Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experienceCustomer service and sales experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentA valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) during their workday and / or as part of their role.Computer literacy and effective communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English for all work-related purposes.Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing lawsAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsOffice team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job. The device must have updated software and must be password-protected and compliant with in-house security systems.Ability to use the computer effectively and read written communications. Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds for the dissemination of documents, supplies, materials, etc. to various locations throughout the office / facility. May be required to climb stairs depending on the property structure.Salary : $22.97- $28.07
For hourly roles : Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.Bonus Qualifications :
