Position Overview:
TFG Aviation is hiring two Assistant Site Managers to support operational execution for the Concourse and Terminal janitorial contracts at Denver International Airport. These roles will directly oversee quality control, safety, and shift management, ensuring uninterrupted service in a high-traffic, regulatory-heavy environment.
Janitorial Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Assigning janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspecting their work to ensure that established standards are met.
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed.
- Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted.
- Assisting with the screening and hiring of new job applicants.
- Providing training and guidance to janitorial staff.
- Resolving conflicts between janitorial staff in an efficient manner.
- Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required.
- Support the Site Manager in day-to-day supervision of janitorial teams and supervisory staff
- Administer and oversee environmental, safety, and compliance programs
- Lead quality control audits and initiate corrective action when standards are not met
- Coordinate shift-based training, onboarding, and performance coaching
- Conduct site inspections and verify adherence to scope requirements across shifts
Qualifications:
- 3 years of management experience in the janitorial industry
- 3 years of experience in safety, equipment oversight, or training in a facility of 100 employees
- 2 years of experience managing 24/7/365 operations
- Familiarity with union workforce operations and airport regulations preferred
- CPR/First Aid Instructor certification a plus or ability to become certified
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply creative solutions that have positive impact on results
- Ability to respond quickly and seize opportunities
- Exhibit leadership qualities which elicit trust with employees, customers, and airport community
- Demonstrate sound judgment
- Manage and teach all safety aspects of airport service functions
- Audit and inspect adherence to all SOPs

Contingency Clause:
- This position is contingent upon contract award. Final candidates selected for consideration must sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) or contingent employment agreement affirming their commitment to join TFG Aviation if awarded the contract.
