Position Overview:
TFG Aviation is hiring two full-time Site Managers to oversee janitorial service delivery in distinct zones: (1) Airport Concourse Janitorial (A/B/C & airfield buildings), and (2) Main Terminal & Airport Office Building. Each Site Manager will direct daily operational performance, lead compliance and quality programs, and supervise assistant managers and frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage janitorial operations for assigned terminal or concourse contract
- Supervise staffing, scheduling, employee relations, and training
- Maintain full compliance with DEN cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Implement and enforce quality control, environmental programs, and safety certifications
- Serve as primary liaison to DEN Program Administrator for assigned zone
- Lead inspections across all shifts in a 24/7/365 operation
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve service and operational issues with a results-oriented approach to performance
- Be influential in building an environment of ownership within the team so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and make safe and sound decisions
- Contribute to operational safety, a satisfying work environment and improved quality of service
- Supply management
- Liaison between Airline Customer, TSA, DEN Badge Office, CBP, etc.
- Maintains cleaning quality control programs required by Client
- Operates independently and efficiently without daily supervision; remains flexible due to operational shift requirements and/or labor issues
- Ensures the quality of cleaning service exceeds out Client’s expectations through inspections, customer relations, and consistent Client communications
- Review and submit employee payroll in ADP.
- Ensures employee compliance with professional attire and uniform policy
Qualifications:
- 8 years of management experience in janitorial operations
- 3 years of experience managing a 24/7/365 contract with at least 100 employees
- Experience in large public facilities (airport preferred)
- Proven track record in operations, quality control, labor compliance, and union environments
- Professional certifications in environmental services (BSCAI, IEHA) preferred
- CPR/First Aid Instructor certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to apply creative solutions that have positive impact on results
- Ability to respond quickly and seize opportunities
- Exhibit leadership qualities which elicit trust with employees, customers, and airport community
- Demonstrate sound judgment
- Manage and teach all safety aspects of airport service functions
- Audit and inspect adherence to all SOPs

- This position is contingent upon contract award. Final candidates selected for consideration must sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) or contingent employment agreement affirming their commitment to join TFG Aviation if awarded the contract.
