About the Role
Equity Smart Home Loans (ESHL) is seeking a Jr. IT Support Intern to assist our IT department with day-to-day technical support and system maintenance. This entry-level role is ideal for a student or aspiring IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, software and hardware installation, and IT support operations in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for computer systems, networks, and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, and IT equipment.
Document and track technical support requests and resolutions.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency and security.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
