Position: Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Wallingford, CT 06942
Duration: 3 Month Contract to start, potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE
Rate: $65.00/Hr
Start Date: ASAP
Specific Duties:
a. Order entry
b. Patient Counseling
c. Order Verification
d. Dispensing Verification
e. Telephone calls
Ideal Background:
2 years of pharmacist experience, current license in good standing with state of CT
Preferred previous Home Infusion and hospital experience but willing to train
License: Yes, valid RPh state license in CT in good standing
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30a – 5pm;
on-call rotation nights and weekends
