Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our client, a leading national Engineering & Construction consulting firm, in their Houston, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare various project reports, including Monthly Progress Reports, Weekly Status Reports, and Project Meeting Minutes
- Assist with project procurement, change notices, and change orders
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Act as a point of contact for clients and project team members
- Continuously learn and train on new software programs and disciplines to support project teams
Requirements:
- Applicable office/clerical experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required
- High School Diploma/GED required
