Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, United States. As a key member of our Operational team, you will play a crucial role in client engagement, community outreach, and program management.
- Greet clients professionally and manage the reception area with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Manage client information in the database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients who miss their scheduled visits
- Assist with new participant orientations and prepare informational materials and packets
- Respond to business phone calls, directing callers to appropriate staff and returning voicemail messages within 24 hours
- Generate reports and gather data to support management decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance company efficiency
- Manage and direct office communications effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and program delivery
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; higher education is a plus
- 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in database management and CRM software
- Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds is highly desirable
- Access to reliable transportation for local travel within the Atlanta area
