THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for hardworking individuals who thrive in a team based environment. The ideal fit for this role is someone adaptable, who embraces that each day is different.
Our Memphis production team is a small but talented group of individuals that pursue excellence each and every day. This role is responsible for working within that team, on projects of varying scope, size and complexity. Projects such as: processing computers and other electronic gear, providing asset management services, computer deployments, and more.
This is a full-time position M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm.

THE DAY TO DAY:
Well... it depends! We need flexible team members - willing and happy to transition to different tasks throughout the day as needs arise.
But here's the gist:
- Deploy electronic equipment to local businesses and government entities
- Test computers (laptops or desktops) using testing software to determine what parts and components are working and what needs to be replaced or repaired
- Physically repair computers by taking the computer apart and replacing broken parts using hand tools
- Troubleshoot computers using a software testing method as well as hardware diagnostics
- Test monitors to prepare for wholesale
- Asset management control
- Proactively communicate issues with the processes you are following so we can continuously improve
- Work in a team environment sharing ideas and helping each other when facing roadblocks
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare and sort electronic goods with no resale value for demanufacturing
- Sort materials non valuable product into appropriate containers for recycling
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and power lifts
- Operate balers to compress recyclable materials into bundles or bales
THE VITALS:
- Willing to be trained on & operate forklifts
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks according to deadlines
- 1-2 yrs computer repair experience preferred
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to work with little to no supervision
- Dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to work in an ever-changing environment
- Assertive
- Team player
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as needed 70 lbs.
- Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- The ability to speak/read English fluently
- Clean criminal record
- This position is responsible for some safety-sensitive duties (operating company vehicles/heavy machinery) and therefore requires a commitment from the team member to be completely drug free - please keep this in mind before submitting your application
