Experienced Residential Real Estate Property Manager who works within a team to oversee all responsibilities with Property Owners and Tenants. Skillful with critical-thinking and problem solving. Responsible for managing and growing an existing company asset management portfolio. This role will be responsible for the accounting, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day property operations for a portfolio of residential properties. The individual will coordinate with our property management team which covers Southern Utah. This position office is in St. George / Washington County.
Responsibilities
- Managing tenant relationships and resolving tenant issues
- Managing property owner relationships and providing consistent communication and reporting
- Properly accounting for property financials and preparing monthly financial reports for property owners
- Manage collection of rents
- Manage general maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects for properties
- Assist in lease renewals for current tenants and work with real estate agents to secure new tenants for vacant spaces
- Enforce leases between tenants and property owners
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
