This role involves promoting our services to assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, seniors, and adults with disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
✔ Promote & Educate: Present and market Era Life Care’s home care services to referral sources
✔ Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and senior communities
✔ Drive Business Growth: Generate and maintain accounts while identifying new opportunities
✔ Conduct Client Assessments: Engage with potential clients and close referrals
✔ Represent Era Life Care: Attend community events, networking meetings, and industry functions to expand our reach
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Ambitious, friendly, and compassionate individual with a heart for seniors and families
✔ Sales-driven & goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to promote and sell home care services effectively
✔ Experience in sales, healthcare, home care, or a clinical background is a plus but not required
✔Entry-Level – candidates are also welcome to apply we are willing to train.
