Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant to join our team in Raritan, NJ. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules such as Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. The candidate will work closely with our clients to design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions that meet their business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects, including configuration, customization, and testing.
2. Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
3. System Integration: Integrate SAP S/4HANA with other systems, such as SAP ECC, SAP CRM, and third-party applications.
4. Data Migration: Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP S/4HANA solutions meet business requirements.
6. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality and best practices.
7. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and customization.
Requirements:
1. 10 years of experience: 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and optimization.
2. SAP S/4HANA expertise: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules such as Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
3. SAP certification: SAP certification in S/4HANA or related modules.
4. Business process knowledge: Strong knowledge of business processes, including finance, logistics, and supply chain management.
5. Technical skills: Strong technical skills, including ABAP, HANA, and SAP S/4HANA configuration.
6. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
7. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
