Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Telephony NENA SME to join our team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SIP, TDM, and voice/IP-PBX/VOIP systems, as well as expertise in NENA i3 standards. The Telephony NENA SME will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support for the design, implementation, and maintenance of telephony systems, ensuring compliance with NENA i3 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical expertise and guidance on SIP, TDM, and voice/IP-PBX/VOIP systems.
2. Ensure compliance with NENA i3 standards for telephony systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain telephony systems.
4. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for telephony system upgrades and modifications.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for telephony systems.
6. Provide training and support to technical staff on telephony systems and NENA i3 standards.
7. Participate in industry forums and conferences to stay current with emerging trends and technologies in telephony.
Required Skills:
1. In-depth knowledge of SIP, TDM, and voice/IP-PBX/VOIP systems.
2. Expertise in NENA i3 standards for telephony systems.
3. Strong understanding of telephony system design, implementation, and maintenance.
4. Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
