Key Responsibilities :
Client Interaction : Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients in person and on the phone, ensuring they are connected with the right team members.Appointment & Office Management : Schedule appointments and manage communications to keep everything running smoothly.Customer Support : Respond to inquiries, maintain client records, and ensure all customer needs are met with care and attention.Sales & Relationship Building : Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance solutions that fit their needs, contributing to our growth.Excellent Service : Continuously provide outstanding customer service, follow up on client needs, and assist with administrative support and projects as needed.What We're Looking For :
Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and identifying opportunities to support clients.Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Why Join Us?

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
