RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Professionally handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or taking accurate messages as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Agent and Team Members, ensuring efficient time management.
- Assist clients with general inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Efficiently process incoming and outgoing mail, process payments, and keep activity logs on our CRM application.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, to contribute to the smooth operation of the agency.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
