We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor, also known as a Communications Supervisor to, support our award-winning retirement community.
How you will make an impact :
Greeting and directing residents and visitors.
Operating the switchboard and directs calls efficiently.
Alerting Security to all emergencies.
Assisting with sorting and distribution of residential and office mail.
Creating and maintaining bi-weekly work schedules for all Communications Staff.
Assisting with evaluation and coaching of the Communications Specialist.

What you will need :
Previous Office Management experience.
Previous experience covering a front desk or switchboard.
High School diploma or GED.
Compensation : Commensurate with experience
